Transnational Rails is developing a fully private, standard‑gauge
railway network worth USD 6.4 billion, spanning five countries:

Ghana • Côte d'Ivoire • Liberia • Togo • Guinea

No sovereign debt. No sovereign guarantees.

Each partner State receives a carried equity stake of 10 to 15%
in its national project company.

The Transrails Network includes:

✓ Over 1,200 km of new and rehabilitated lines
✓ Heavy‑haul freight (32.5‑tonne axle load) and passenger service
✓ Solar power with mini‑grids for communities along the corridor
✓ Free electricity for partner universities
✓ Integrated mine access roads
✓ Industrial processing hub at Adétikopé (Togo)
